Despite the loss, Bishop’s Centenary ‘A’ ended the six-team rind-robin series with a 4-1 record, and certain of the crown.
In the two other matches contested on Wednesday, Bishop Anstey High School trounced Holy Name Convent ‘B’ 17-0 with a try each from Keryce Baptiste, Arissa Romany and Imanuel Francis while Bishop’s Centenary College ‘B’ 12 got a try each from Elektra Dennis and Rianna Bernard in a 12-0 beating of Holy Name Convent ‘B’.
