While it may not be scientifically proved as the correct amount of steps you should take in a day, it's definitely somewhere to start. Using your device of choice as a guide to meet your daily step requirements is a great way to become more active. It's also a great way to keep you motivated. There's a little device either on your wrist or in your pocket that keeps reminding you to get up and move! This is helpful for persons with sedentary jobs and can help with moving around the office a bit more.
