Next Tuesday is Valentine's Day, a day of love, celebrated with chocolate.

The beet and chocolate cake is a favourite of mine. The roasted beets add a decadent, dense texture whilst making it incredibly moist, with only slight undertones of the soft beet flavor being present. The beet juice, which is used to colour the frosting, adds an incredible colour to this already beautiful cake! Bon Appetit.
