No posters in Maraval but PNM graffiti still there
Mr Imbert may be right that there are not many, if any PNM posters up in Maraval. What may have happened to Mrs Stollmeyer-White is that she must have been so distracted by the PNM graffiti all over the roads from Long Circular Road and along Saddle Road (and possible elsewhere) that she just assumed that a party who would do that would also put up posters.
I also assume that Mr Imbert did not mention these in his letter to the Guardian yesterday because he was busy looking up for the posters while someone else drove him. Because if he was driving he would have seen the road graffiti. Which is worse—that posters that can be easily removed or the paint on the roads which is not? I will leave that judgment up to Mr Imbert and Joe Public.
Correct me if I am wrong but, besides the paint being very distracting to a driver and is actually dangerous, isn't it illegal to paint things other than official road signs on the public roads?
